Who we are
quicklyslide is a digital presentation-template library available at quicklyslide.com. For privacy, account, or payment questions, contact support@quicklyslide.com.
What we store
When you sign in, we store your email and sign-in time. Google sign-in may also provide your name and profile image. For email verification, we temporarily store a protected code hash, expiry time, attempt count, and protected email and network identifiers used for abuse prevention. We also record resource downloads, membership or product access, subscription and payment order status, promotion or invitation redemption, promotional gift claims, support messages you send us, and your optional email preferences.
Cookies
quicklyslide currently uses only necessary cookies for authentication and account security. You may turn these cookies off from Cookie settings; doing so clears the site's sign-in cookies, signs you out, and leaves public browsing available. Starting a new sign-in turns them on again because account, checkout, redemption, saved items, and member downloads cannot work without a secure session. We store the on/off choice in your browser's local storage rather than another cookie. Local storage also remembers your light or dark Workspace and Admin appearance and whether the desktop Workspace sidebar is collapsed. These local preferences are not used for advertising or analytics and do not contain payment information.
Email updates
Product updates and the Creative Workspace waitlist are separate optional choices. You can turn either preference on or off from the homepage or account page. Every product update email also includes an unsubscribe link.
Service providers
Google provides optional social sign-in, Supabase stores application data and files, Resend delivers email verification codes and opted-in updates, and Cloudflare hosts and protects the website, including a security check before email-code requests to reduce automated abuse. Creem acts as merchant of record and processes checkout, billing details, taxes, receipts, refunds, and payment disputes under its own privacy terms. We do not store card numbers on quicklyslide servers.
Retention and security
We keep account, access, payment, and download records for as long as needed to provide the service, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, meet tax or legal duties, and maintain security logs. We use access controls, private file storage, short-lived download links, and server-side authorization checks to protect paid digital files.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct, export, or request deletion of personal information associated with your quicklyslide account, subject to records we must retain for security, tax, payment, chargeback, or legal obligations. Contact support@quicklyslide.com.
